Festering Wound To Scar

I visited a lady last week , she is actually a senior ,about 86 years of age. She is diagnosed with diabetes and had a festering sore/wound between her toes. For more than a year it would not heal despite medical treatment, causing her great pain and discomfort. She could not put on closed shoes. I offered to pray ; pointing at the sore, I commanded the cause of all pain to leave and report to the feet of Jesus, quoting Luke 10:19.
This past Sunday afternoon, I visited her once more, and asked to see the toe. I was so shocked – there was a scar! from a festering wound to a scar, within a week!! The enormity of the power of God just hit me. I feel so humbled, like a new convert, a feeling I cannot explain, like I am clay in His hand. One may ask, well what were you expecting? I guess I was expecting healing not healed!! I thank God who teaches us everyday that we may be filled with the knowledge of His will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, the revelation of who He is. And that he moulds us into useful vessels suitable for His purpose in the kingdom.
