A Divine Appointment

‘Every plant, which my Heavenly Father hath not planted, will be pulled up by the roots ‘ Matthew 15:13.
God pulls out ungodly roots from our lives so that we may bear much fruit and have a beautiful landscape set before us. Very often, the roots must go before we can move forward in the fullness of the Spirit. I’ve been seeking God with my all my heart, passionate to use the gifts of his Spirit, lead the Supernatural Christian life and walk in his pathways. I’ve also been inspired by Rob and Aliss’ teaching videos to use the Gifts of the Spirit through words of knowledge, dreams and pictures.
However, he was repeatedly showing me a picture of deep, tangled, gnarled, thin and ugly root tentacles, but I didn’t understand what it meant. The soil around the roots was dry and parched, as if they were ready to be dug out. Over the past few weeks, the picture became more vivid and clear, and I felt God was wanting to do more deep ‘root work‘ within me. I was then surprised and amazed to receive words of knowledge and healing in unexpected places and situations. On one occasion, I was visiting a church in depths of the countryside, some miles away, where I knew not a soul. I wasn’t looking for prayer as I’m physically and mentally healthy, but a lady approached me and asked if I wanted prayer ministry.
I hesitated, then agreed, as sometimes feel a block or barrier in certain areas, but didn’t know what it was. To my astonishment, she said she was expecting me, as God told her yesterday of a divine appointment with a lady. She then gave several words of knowledge, which only God himself could ever have known. The words penetrated deep into my soul ‘the reason the Son of God appeared was to destroy the works of the devil’ 1 John 3:8
Thank you Jesus and Praise you! ‘ For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels or demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation , will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.’ Romans 8 :31-38.
